CALLING OUT ALL OUTSTANDING INCOMING GRADE 7 STUDENTS OF TANAUAN! PISAY IS NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATION FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2023-2024

Mga Kabataang Tanaueño, narito na ang inyong pinakahihintay! Bukas na muli ang ONLINE APPLICATION para sa ating mga mga mag-aaral na nais makapag-aral sa Philippine Science High School – Calabarzon Region Campus, Batangas City Campus para sa taong Panuruan 2023-2024.

Narito ang APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

– Scanned/digital copy of kost recent 1×1 ID picture.

– Scanned/digital copy of Proof of Payment (Php 300 for private school students, non-refundable; FREE for public school students and indigent students from private schools)

– Scanned/digital copy of Certified True Copy of Grade 5 report card (SY2021-2022) issued by the class adviser/principal.

– If the final grades in Science or Math are below 85%, scanned/digitized copy of certification or proof that the child belongs to the upper 10% of the batch.

– Scanned/digital copy of certification from the private school if the pupil-applicant is on full scholarship.

STEPS PARA SA ONLINE APPLICATION:

1. Sign up at https://nce.pshs.edu.ph/.

2. Accomplish the Application Form. If the Applicant needs more time to complete the requirements, the application may be saved as ‘draft’. Once submitted, the application is considered final and will no longer be editable

3. Monitor the status. Log in the account to check the status of application. The applicant will also receive an email confirmation whether the application has been approved, rejected, or needs pending documents. If the applicant does not receive an email notification that the application has been approved or disapproved, he/she may contact the PSHS-CALABARZON Region Campus at 09989129307 or email nce@cbzrc.pshs.edu.ph.
