Habang tinalakay din ng mga miyembro ng TCC Board of Trustees ang Project Procurement Management Plan ng Free Higher Education Trust Fund para sa taong 2022 na layuning maghatid ng libreng edukasyon sa kolehiyo para sa mga kabataang Tanaueño.
